This seems to be a full-blown permit <br />application for new construction or a major remodel. I'm not sure where the wires got crossed <br />but we discussed a "drywall and insulation permit" for the scope of this project (I have <br />submitted the application). We are only upgrading the finishes of this condo. Cabinets, <br />countertops and flooring ect.. No structural work or added Sq'. We are opening a few walls to <br />up-grade/relocate plumbing and electrical devices. Submittal would <br />need to be dropped off at 3200 Cedar St, 2nd floor or mailed in. Building hours are 7:30am — <br />4pm. There is a submittal bin at top of stairs. <br />The permit application packet needs to be complete as outlined in the Commercial Checklist. Your <br />submittal would include a completed and signed permit application, 2 sets of each: construction <br />drawings, engineering calculations that may be required and 2 site plans. <br />Plumbing can be submitted online but mechanical needs to have (2) sets of plans and separate <br />application for submittal. <br />You may find our most up to date applications and checklists online: <br />https://everettwa.gov/permits <br />Let me know if you have questions. <br />Summary: <br />Need separate building permit submittal. <br />Need separate mechanical permit submittal. <br />Apply online for plumbing (it will be held until building permit is approved. <br />Thank you, <br />
