Regardless of whether the decision isto
remove or keep the un permitted work, the construction plans need to show (at a minimum):
1. Whatthe existing structure looked The prior to the alterations completed without permits.
2. Whatthe structure's current condition looks like.
3. What has been altered and how it meets current code requirements. Include all un- form iRed
alterations to the property/structure and/or any proposed construction necessary to bring the
propem/structure Into code compliance.
Plans also need to reflect compliance with the Land Use and Zoning requirements in the Everett
Municipal Code. The plans will be reviewed for compliance with the CRY adopted codes in place at the
Fund of permit submittal, not the codes in place when the work occurred.
