The applicant <br />Is requesting to reduce the width of perimeter landscaping along the north and south lot lines to a minimum <br />of 10 feet. An 80' wide utility easement is located adjacent to the entire west property line; the applicant is <br />requesting to provide 15 feet of landscaping along the east side of the utility easement. Provide landscaping equivalent or greater than the landscape plan dated January 31, 2019 and as <br />conditioned herein.
