A maintenance covenant must be prepared and recorded for all stormwater facilities on the site. <br />The attached template may be used. <br />h. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form filled out for the <br />City to use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee (as applicable based on stormwater plan <br />revision). <br />The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:OOpm and from 1:OOpm-4:OOpm (closed <br />between 12:OOpm-1:OOpm for lunch). <br />2. Please see all redlines on the attached plans for required corrections in addition to all comments listed <br />below. Frequently, redlines will be stand-alone and will not have an associated item in this corrections <br />letter. Likewise, comments below may not have associated redlines. Please indicate to the City that all <br />redlines have been adequately addressed by providing checkmarks or notes next to the City's redlines to <br />indicate that it has been picked up or to answer a reviewer's question. A comment response letter can <br />also be included with your resubmittal to address the comments below (handwritten remarks under each <br />comment on this letter are perfectly acceptable). A Construction Stormwater General Permit, administered by the Department of Ecology, will be <br />required for this project since it will disturb an acre or more of land. Additional information as <br />well as an application form can be found on the DOE website at: <br />www.ecy.wa.gov/programs/wq/stormwater/construction/ Please turn in a copy of the C- <br />SWPPP submitted to Ecology and indicate your Ecology Permit Number. <br />3. Plan revisions in addition to redlines: <br />a. Page C1.0: Demolition work is taking place in area now owned by Canyon Lumber through BLA18- <br />011. Provide a copy of easement/agreement that allows work off -site on adjacent parcel. <br />b. Page C2.0: Parking revisions for van accessible parking: <br />ADA/Van accessible space to be 8' wide stall with 8' aisle or 11' wide stall with 5' aisle. Regular <br />stalls to north of ADA stalls can be narrowed to accommodate properly sized ADA spaces <br />without changing parking count or site design. <br />c.
