Please see Figure 1 <br />(Vicinity Map). Existing site surfaces include compacted gravel and natural vegetation. See Table 1 for a summary <br />of existing surface type acreages. The project site may receive some incidental run-on from neighboring properties <br />to the north, east, and south, though the topography of the site and the boundaries it shares with these properties <br />are quite flat. The steepest slopes on site are three to four percent. Runoff from the project site is directed either <br />to the west where it enters a ditch along the adjacent BNSF railway or it travels east where it is captured by a catch <br />basin and is conveyed via gravity to the same ditch.
