To the east of the site is a City of Everett maintenance yard. To the south of the project site is land <br />owned by Canyon Lumber and to the west the project site is bordered by BNSF Railroad. The site is not adjacent to <br />any residential areas. The project site does not discharge directly to a stream, lake, or wetland.
