The geometry and locations or the walls are not consistent with the architectural <br /> drawings per Sheet A 1.1. The walls should be reviewed and revised as needed. <br /> Note that revisions to the walls appear to increase the retained heights. See IBC <br /> Section 107.2.1. <br /> The walls have been revised to be consistent with the architectural plans. <br /> b. The walls appear to exceed four feet of retained height and retained sloping soils. <br /> These conditions exceed the limits of IBC Section 1.5.2 Item 4. Sections and <br /> details for the design of the wall shall be provided in the construction drawings. <br /> Geotechnical design criteria and calculations substantiating the wall design shall <br /> be submitted for review. Inspection <br /> required per the manufacturer's construction specifications shall be listed per IBC <br /> Section 1705.1.1 Item 3.
