The test consisted of
excavating the area of the future R-Tank and installing the PVC and geofabric liner system as
specified on the construction plans. The liner was then filled with water to an elevation of 36
inches. The water was then shut off and the water level was then monitored for a period of 4
hours. It should be noted that no rainfall occurred during this test. The notes of the tank fill and
pictures of the test are included on the sheets following this letter. No drop in the water depth
was noted during the test.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments you may have.
Sincerely,
Brian Kalab, P.E.
PO Box 1478 • Everett, WA 98206 • Phone: (425) 303-9363
Fax: (425) 303-9362 • Email:info@insightengineering.net
