• <br /> • <br /> R-Tank Test Results <br /> Date: 12/12/18 Evening to Night <br /> Time:Afternoon-Tank Fill,Evening 4-Hour Test <br /> Criteria:Water level is to remain at constant depth(+/-1/4")for four-hour period. <br /> Water <br /> Reading Depth Rain Gauge <br /> 6:12 PM 36" 0" <br /> 7:12 PM 36" 0" <br /> 8:12 PM 36" 0" <br /> 9:12 PM 36" 0" <br /> 10:12 PM 36" 0" <br /> Notes <br /> 1 Filling of tank began in the afternoon at a rate of approximately 300 gpm. <br /> 2 A water depth of 36-inches was obtained at approximately 6 PM. <br /> 3 Additional water depth was not deemed possible because of lack of freeboard at the <br /> trench edges. <br /> 4 Certain trench wall areas would have flooded if water was filled higher. Trench wall <br /> stability would have been compromised and plastic liner could have torn away from <br /> supports. <br /> 5 The water level held steady for four hours until pumping out of tank was started. <br /> 6 Trace amounts of rain occurred during this four-hour test but not enough to measure in a <br /> flat-bottomed container kept next to the tank. <br /> 7 Pictures were taken during test and while filling the tank.
