� . r a.. -. .. <br /> • <br /> r • <br /> • <br /> (c ) The follovainr charges shall be made for the removal <br /> and disposal of dead animals: <br /> 1 . cat, dog or other small animal :;1.00 per animal <br /> 1. horse, cow or other large animal < 6.00 per animal <br /> payments for such services shall be in advance. <br /> (d) Charges made for services performed for which no <br /> charge is expressly provided herein shall be reasonable and any <br /> person claiming an unreasonable charge for such services shall <br /> have the right to complain in writing to the City Council of the <br /> City of Everett as to such charges, and said City Council shall <br /> have the right to fix a reasonable charge for such services and <br /> when so fixed such detemination by the City Council of the City <br /> of Everett as to such charges shall be final. <br /> Section 2 : An emergency is declared to exist end <br /> this ordinance shall take effect on the 1st day of August, 1942 . <br /> Pi) <br /> Attest : <br /> City Clerk <br /> 7 ;me( 7- 2 / - <br />
