The note specifies a minimum wall length of 18 inches. The minimum <br /> length should be 20 inches at the per Table R602.10.5; the minimum header height should be <br /> 10 feet, measured to the top of the header. <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett.
