Section 18: INSPECTION DP '.RTYWT. There shall be the following named officers and em- ployees in the Ins'Jection Department, to-wit: One Building Inspector; One Electrical Inspector and c.ne (1 ) Office Clerk (part time) . It shall be the duty of such officers to perform the duties relating to such office as defined by the ordinances of such city, and such other duties as the Commissioner of Public Zorks shall authorize and direct. Section 19: ST 1 T DEP.ARTT-IENT: There shall -be the following named officers and assistants in the Street Department, to-wit: One Superintendent ; One Crusherman; One Trensitman ;. Seven Truck Drivers; Three Foremen; One auto Repairman's Helper; One Clerk; Two Gradermen; One Donkey man; one `lard man; One night wvatchma.n; Fourteen Skilled Laborers;, One Relief Operator of Bridge (part time) ; Three Bridge Tenders; One Relief Clerk (part tine ) One Shovel Operator ; One or more Day Laborers (part time) . Said officers, assistants end employees shall perform the duties pertaining to such office as indicated by the name of their respective employments, and such other duties as the Superintendent of Streets or Commissioner of Public Works shall, from time to time, authorize and determihe Section 20: ;1_, TER DEPARTIIENT. Two Bull Dozer Operators; One ,Techinist ; Three Truck Drivers; One _Auto Repairman; One .auto Repairman Helper; One Serviceman; One Serviceman Helper; One 'eter Repairman; One Carpenter; One Hydrant Flusher; Cne Relief Operator ; One Janitor; One Basin Patrolman ; One Pipefitter; Six Skilled Laborers; One Project Engineer; One Transitman; One Head Chairman; and One or more Day Laborers. The Superintendent shall be in general charge and super- vision of the Water Department. The other officers, assistants and employees shall perform such duties as pertain to the r ture of their office and as authorized and directed by the Superin- tendent of the 'hater System and Commissioner of Public Works.
