Describe the intended sequence and timing of construction activities and any proposed <br /> construction phasing. <br /> Arrange and attend pre-construction meeting with the City of Everett site <br /> development inspector. Certified erosion control specialist shall be identified at the <br /> pre-construction meeting. <br /> Flag property lines and clearing limits. <br /> Install erosion control measures and devices per approved plans. <br /> Install silt fences or hay bales controls; install catch basin protection inserts; adjust <br /> as needed during construction. Insure all surface flows are controlled and routed <br /> through TESC control. <br /> Clear grub and rough grade. <br /> Remove all existing structures. <br /> Complete site excavation and grading activities in accordance with plans. <br /> Install all utilities. <br /> Construct site improvements <br /> Hydro seed, mulch, and plant landscape. <br /> Remove remaining TESC structures after the site has been stabilized and approved <br /> by the City of Everett development inspector. <br /> Full compliance with doe best management practices is required for this project. <br /> 3 <br />
