Restoring the facility must include removal of sedimentation. <br /> Contractor must protect completed lawn and landscaped areas from compaction due to <br /> construction equipment. <br /> Contractor must keep all heavy equipment off existing soils under BMP facilities that have been <br /> excavated to final grade. <br /> 21 <br />
