On the site plan (A1.1), please provide and label height calculations per the Building height <br /> Handout for each building and show the average base and max elevations on the elevation plans <br /> (A3.1,A3.2). Note:Base Elevation Surveys appear to be required for the two easterly buildings <br /> (10721 and 10723 19th Ave SE), at minimum. The appropriate survey forms are included within <br /> the enclosed building height handout. Because the base elevations of the four buildings may <br /> differ, it may be best clearly identify the average base and max elevation calculations for each <br /> building on a separate elevation sheet. <br /> 2. Please provide an irrigation plan in accordance with EMC 19.35.115. <br /> 3. Type III landscaping requires trees planted no more than 30'O.C. including along the interior lot <br /> lines—please revise the landscape plan accordingly. <br /> 4. A public courtesy notice is required for this project.A notice board for the project has been <br /> prepared and is ready for pick-up at the Permit Services Counter,3200 Cedar St 2nd Floor, <br /> Monday thru Friday from the hours of 7:30am-4pm (closed 12-1).The notice board must be <br /> posted on or near the project site prior to construction.A fee of$160 will be due at the time of <br /> notice board pick-up or issuance of the first construction permit,whichever comes first, if paid <br /> in 2018. A different fee may be required after January 1, 2019. <br /> 5. School impact fees are required for this project. If the required impact fees are paid in 2018 <br /> (even prior to permit approval/issuance),you will be charged the 2018 rate. If the fees are not <br /> paid until 2019,the 2019 rate will apply. Note:this property is located within the Everett School <br /> District.
