"Exhibit A" <br /> (attached)was provided with Ross's recent submittal and it identifies the points were measured from the corners—not <br /> the midpoints as required by the Building Height Handout and "Base elevation"definition of EMC 19.04.This needs to <br /> be corrected as it could impact the calculations.The height calculations were also not identified on Sheets A1.1,A3.1, <br /> and A3.2 (and/or in a separate elevation page) as required and requested in all of my prior corrections. Please refer to <br /> Page 2 of the Building Height Handout, specifically steps 4 and 5, for directions regarding this. <br /> Unfortunately, I cannot approve theseplans as submitted. Please revise the surveydocuments andplans accordingly <br /> PP g Y <br /> and resubmit once these corrections have been appropriately addressed.
