Any and all items listed in the site plan example that are to be included in
your permit scope must be shown on the site plan.
Public Works has the following specific site plan revision requirements:
• The site plan must show utilities. Each service line must be called out with both size and type of service in order
for us to accurately prepare the necessary permits. For example, you may have a 1" domestic/fire combo meter
and water service and a 6" PVC sewer service. This is the level of detail that we need labeling the utilities that
shall be shown on the plans.
• Erosion control is required to be addressed. Please fill out the attached Construction Erosion&Sedimentation
Control Plan for Small Projects and show the proposed BMPs on your site plan (or on a copy of the site plan
dedicated as the Temporary Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan (TESC)), labeled as they are on the
Checklist.
It looks like Planning has already sent you a correction letter for additional required site plan revisions. I have attached
their correction letter for your reference and use in updating the site plan for both Planning and Public Works
corrections (see C1808-011—Correction Memorandum and EMC 19.33G attachments).
Once you have added the utilities, erosion control BMPs, and all other required site plan elements to your plans, and
have updated them accordingly, please resubmit two sets of revised site plans (site plan may consist of site plan sheet
only with erosion control measures included or may have addition sheets(erosion control, and/or drainage plans)).As
long as your project stays under 2000sf of proposed hard surfaces, drainage plans will not be necessary, however you
will have to show your downspouts discharging to splash blocks to comply with code.
Please let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to reviewing your resubmittal upon receipt.
Thanks,
— Sabrina Fandler, P.E.
LAssociate Engineer I Permit Services
425.257.7813 13200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, Everett,WA 98201
EVERETT Hours: Monday—Friday 7:30am-12:OOpm and 1:OOpm-4:OOpm
everettwa.gov/permits I Facebook I Twitter
1
