The site plan sheet and the elevations sheet have been altered to accommodate <br /> the height calculation requirements. <br /> 2. The Code does not specifically call out for all street front to be landscaped but <br /> that the landscaping be the required setback area of the street front. We have so <br /> much street frontage that the required landscaping area is accommodated in less <br /> than the full street frontage. The shrubs were increased to 19 bushes to meet <br /> the 25% of the landscaped area per the required 5 shrubs per 100sf of <br /> landscaped area. <br /> 3. The design detail/elements for the elevations have been corrected to call out the <br /> windows.
