The <br /> structure will have a gambrel style roof designed with a 24:12 &4:12 pitched roof located in the rear of <br /> the property off the alley.The principal dwelling has a 5:12 hip roof. <br /> AUTHORITY, PROCESS, AND CRITERIA <br /> EMC 19.08.100.D states a property owner may request that the planning director modify the design <br /> standards, using Review Process II as set forth in EMC Title 15 and criteria set forth in Chapter 15.03. <br /> EMC 15.02.070.0 states public notice of Review Process II (REVII) applications shall require posting <br /> notice on the property for 14-days as well as mailing notice to owners of property located within one <br /> hundred fifty feet of the subject property. The 14-day public comment period concluded on March 24, <br /> 2022. No comments were received. <br /> EMC 15.03.060.0 states in considering any request for modification of standards in this title,the <br /> following criteria need to be met: <br /> 1.
