2. The request for modification meets the intent of the standards being modified. <br /> 3. The request for modification does not create any impacts or nuisances that cannot <br /> be mitigated, such as access points which are unsafe, noise, dust, odor, glare,visual <br /> blight or other undesirable environmental impacts. <br /> 4. The request for modification meets any additional modification criteria in the <br /> respective chapter. <br /> ANALYSIS <br /> The applicant's proposed deviation from the design standard to provide a similar roof pitch of that of <br /> the principal dwelling has been determined to be equivalent to what likely would result from <br /> compliance with the standard.The proposed DADU shall comply with the maximum gross square <br /> footage, height, setback, lot coverage, and on-site parking standards. No comments in opposition were <br /> received during the public comment period. <br /> DECISION <br /> The City of Everett Planning Director grants APPROVAL of the requested modification subject to the <br /> following CONDITION: <br /> 1.
