March 29, 2023 <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor Franklin left the meeting after public comment. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Comments and liaison reports were provided by council members. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> <br />Executive Director Lori Cummings remind the public that all the Council committee meetings are <br />recorded and posted in the Agenda Center on the City’s website. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall requested a 20-minute executive session to discuss two (2) litigation <br />matters, pursuant to RCW 42.30.110.1(i), with potential council action to follow on both matters. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7876 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$2,758,193.07 for the period of March 11, 2023 through March 17, 2023. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7877 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $4,941,422.91 for the period ending March 11, 2023. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – POLICE CARDIAC EXAMS <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Sigma Wellness, LLC., <br />for a max payment amount of $147,815 from funds granted to the City through the CJTC <br />Wellness Grant. <br />
