The parties hereby amend <br />and supplement the Lease Contract as follows <br />4. CRIME/DRUG FREE HOUSING. Resident. members of the <br />Resident's household, Resident', guests, and ad other persons <br />affiliated with the Resident <br />Shall not engage many illegal or criminal activity on or <br />about the premises. Permitting the Premises tobeused tor. orlac llitating <br />any type of criminal activity or drug related activity, <br />regardless of whether the individual engaging an <br />such activity is a member of the household, or <br />guest. <br />3 The unlawful manufacturing, selling, wing storing <br />keeping, purchasing or giving of an illegal or <br />controlled substance or paraphernalia as defined <br />in city. county. state or federal laws including but <br />not limited to the State of Washington and/or the <br />Federal Controlled Substances Act. <br />Violation ot a ny tederal drug laws governing the use <br />possession, sale, manufacturing and distribution of <br />Resident or Residents (sign here) <br />City of Everett, a Washington <br />munlcipai corporation <br />1y <br />marijuana, regardless of state or local laws.
