<br />Addendum vary or contradict any terms or conditions found
<br />in the Lease Contract, this Addendum shall control.
<br />3. PURPOSE OF ADDENDUM. By signing this Addendum, you
<br />without payment or other consideration, agree to grant us
<br />permission to use your likeness in photographs, videos and/
<br />or other electronic and/or digital repioducnons, including
<br />voice, in any and all of our publications, including, without
<br />limitation, any website entries, advertising websites, social
<br />media websites, and any other marketing materials. fur
<br />purposes of this addendum photographs, c ideos, written
<br />comments, statements, and other digital reproductions wil,
<br />hereinatter he collectively referred to as "media."
<br />A CONSENT FOR MINOR OCCUPANTS. By signing this
<br />Addendum, if any minor occupants are named above, you
<br />further certify that you are the parent, or legal guardian
<br />of the minor occupant(s) named above, and you, without
<br />payment or other consideration, agree to grant us
<br />permission to use their likeness in photographs, videos
<br />and/ or other electronic and/or digital reproductions,
<br />including voice, in any and all of our publications, including.
<br />without limitation any wehsite entries, advertising
<br />websites, social media websites, and any other marketing
<br />materials. For purposes of this addendum, photographs,
<br />videos, written comments, statements, and other digital
<br />reproductions will hereinafter be collectively referred to
<br />as' media
<br />4. PHOTO AND ViDEO REI.EASE. You hereby grant us and our
<br />agents and all !hates (collectively, the "Released Parties")
<br />permission and a license to take, use. reuse. and publish the
<br />likeness of you and any minor uccupants in all photographs
<br />or tither electronic and/or digital media in any and all of our
<br />publications. including, .without limitation, any website entries,
<br />advertising websites, and any tither marketing materials. You
<br />understand and agree that these materials will become the
<br />property of the Released Parties and will not be returned
<br />You agree to irrevocably authoi ize the Released Parties to
<br />edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute this media for
<br />any lawful purpose whatsoever including, without limitation,
<br />promotional and advertising uses. You waive the right to
<br />inspect or approve the finished product, including any written
<br />or electronic copy, wherein your likeness appears now or in
<br />the future. In addition. you waive any right to payment,
<br />royalties of ancothei compensation al isingor related to the
<br />use of the media.
<br />5. CONSENT TO USE YOUR NAME, LIKENESS, WRITTEN
<br />COMMENTS, AND STATEMENTS. You are expressly agreeing
<br />to alloy: us to post your name pictui e, written cotmments,
<br />and statements. and/or the names, pictures, wrutencomments,
<br />and statements of any minor uccupants in any and all of our
<br />publications, in.hidmg, without limitation, any website entries
<br />advertising websites, social media websites, and any other
<br />marketing materials. You hereby grant the Released Parties
<br />permission and a license to use, reproduce and publish any
<br />medr<i on its wehsite, social media platforms, or in other
<br />markettng•related materials, whether in electronic or print

<br />6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. You hereby 1 elease, hold harmless,
<br />and forever discharge us trom any claims or causes of actions
<br />including, without limitation. any and all claims for libel or
<br />violation of any right of publicity or privacy. related to our
<br />use of the media in any and all of our publications, including
<br />any wehsite entries, advertising websites. social media
<br />websites. and any other marketing material so long as the
<br />claim or cause of action does not result from our intentional
<br />misconduct or gross negligence. This consent and release
<br />shall be hording upon you and your heirs, legal representatives
<br />and assigns.
<br />7. REVOCATION. You have the right to revoke your consent to
<br />our use of your name, picture, video voice, written comments,
<br />or statement, and/or the name picture, video, voice, written
<br />comments, or statement at any minor occupants, by written
<br />notice to us

<br />control over conflicting provisions of this printed form.
