BARBEQUE GRILL ADDENDUM <br />The Management of this community continually strives to provide a safe and comfortable environment that closely <br />complies with the safety requirements outlined by the Fire Code and the local Fire Department. The International Fire <br />Code which went into effect statewide on July 1, 2004 covers the safety requirements for multifamily residences such <br />as Trellis. <br />A new regulation was added to restrict the possibility of apartment fires caused by charcoal and propane barbeques. <br />Accordingly. effective immediately no charcoal or propane barbeques may be used on the outside balconies of any <br />residence or within 10 feet of any wooden deck on the main floor outside an apartment.
