<br />Page 15 <br />(Form Approved by City Attorney’s Office November 1, 2009) <br />Documentation-Construction contract. <br /> <br />• Multiple preliminary designs of the facilities to be included within Phase 1 or the larger overall Master Plan. <br />• Measured drawings. <br />• Building Information Modeling or management responsibilities. Computer modeling of the work shall be at the <br />Architect’s discretion during their work. <br />• Site surveying and/or documentation services. <br />• Civil engineering. <br />• Landscape or exterior lighting designs. <br />• Interior design. <br />• Value analysis beyond that noted within the above scope. <br />• Cost estimating beyond that noted within the above scope. <br />• Architect’s coordination of Owner’s consultants. <br />• Telecommunications/ data design. <br />• Security evaluation and planning. <br />• Sustainable project services. <br />• Traffic engineering. <br />• Preparation for, and attendance at, a public presentations, meetings, or hearings. <br />• Design through Construction Administration. <br /> <br />IV. Owner Responsibilities <br />It is our understanding that the City of Everett will provide and/or support and be involved in the creation of a <br />program, setting forth its design objectives, constraints, and criteria; a legal description and certified land survey <br />showing boundary and topography of the site; dimensioned drawings describing all existing improvements; <br />hazardous materials surveyors, or other consultants when such services are deemed to be necessary. <br /> <br />V. Schedule <br />It is the City’s intent to file for grant applications in June 2023. These filing dates drive the schedule for the <br />Preliminary Design Phase. Rice Fergus Miller, Inc. and the City's representative will finalize milestones to meet <br />grant application deadlines. <br /> <br />VI.
