Computer modeling of the work shall be at the Architect’s discretion during their work. • Site surveying and/or documentation services. • Civil engineering. • Landscape or exterior lighting designs. • Interior design. • Value analysis beyond that noted within the above scope. • Cost estimating beyond that noted within the above scope. • Architect’s coordination of Owner’s consultants. • Telecommunications/ data design. • Security evaluation and planning. • Sustainable project services. • Traffic engineering. • Preparation for, and attendance at, a public presentations, meetings, or hearings. • Design through Construction Administration. IV. Owner Responsibilities It is our understanding that the City of Everett will provide and/or support and be involved in the creation of a program, setting forth its design objectives, constraints, and criteria; a legal description and certified land survey showing boundary and topography of the site; dimensioned drawings describing all existing improvements; hazardous materials surveyors, or other consultants when such services are deemed to be necessary. V. Schedule It is the City’s intent to file for grant applications in June 2023. These filing dates drive the schedule for the Preliminary Design Phase. Rice Fergus Miller, Inc. and the City's representative will finalize milestones to meet grant application deadlines. VI.
