FEE PROPOSAL For the Scope of Services outlined above, the Client shall compensate the Architect on a lump-sum basis in the amount of $9,800.00, billed as percent complete, plus Reimbursable Expenses. Reimbursable Expenses will be billed at 1.10 times the actual cost, but shall not exceed $150.00 in total, inclusive of the multiplier. Invoices shall be monthly and due upon receipt. ARCHITECTS CONSULTANTS The Architect anticipates retaining a visualization consultant to assist with the quality of the final Render. Services for this consultant are included in the Fee Proposal outlined above. CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITIES The Client shall provide information about the objectives, schedule, constraints, and existing conditions of the Project, sufficient for the Architect to perform the Scope of Services. The Architect shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy and completeness of the Client’s information. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Architect’s services are limited to information assembly, visualization, and design strategy; therefore, the Client agrees that the Architect’s total liability to the Client for any and all injuries, claims, losses, expenses, damages or claims expenses arising out of this Agreement from any cause or causes, shall not exceed the Architect’s total fee for services rendered on the project. FINAL TERMS This proposal represents the entire Agreement between The Client and the Architect and may be amended only in writing when signed by both entities.
