City of Everett Water Treatment Facility Blower Building <br /> <br />Scope of Services 7 <br />Assumptions and Meetings <br />1. BHC not to attend project kick off meeting. <br />2. BHC to respond to up to 15 submittals and RFIs. <br />3. BHC to participate in up to two (2) virtual meetings lasting one hour each. <br />4. BHC not to make site visits. <br />5. BHC not to participate in startup and testing. <br />Deliverables <br />1. Response to submittals and RFIs . <br />Task 500 – Additional Services as Requested by the Owner <br />Objectives <br />This task will be funded as requested by the City. <br />Fee <br />The consultant fee estimated for Tasks 100 – 400, including other direct costs (ODCs) is <br />$173,297.00, based on a preliminary plan sheet count of 33 drawings. A detailed breakdown of <br />the fee estimate is attached and labeled Exhibit B. <br />Expenses are based on the following Rates: <br />• Mileage: IRS rate (currently $0.625 per mile) <br />• Printing: <br />o B&W 8.5x11: $0.15 per page <br />o Color 8.5x11: $1.00 per page <br />Schedule <br />The schedule lengths for Tasks 100 – 300 are as follows: <br />• Task 100 Project Management 10 months <br />• Task 200 Design (BODR, 60%, 95%, and Final Construction Bid Documents) 8 months <br />• Task 300 Bid Assistance 2 months <br />• Task 400 Engineering Services During Construction 6 months <br />
