The source of funds is Fund 342, Program 039 (CIP 1). The <br />estimated design cost is not to exceed $93,125.00. <br />Project summary statement: <br />This project will repair structural damage to the exterior concrete and stucco wall units, <br />install expansion joints, replace metal flashing, and repaint entire building. Architectural <br />& Engineering consultant services will be contracted to develop schematic design, bid <br />documents, construction drawings, and assist with bidding and construction <br />administration. <br />Upon completion of the design work, Parks & Facilities staff will return to Council to <br />amend the Ordinance for cost of construction. <br />Anticipated construction to start Spring 2024. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt an Ordinance creating a special construction project entitled "Everett Performing <br />Arts Center Building Envelope Improvement Project", Fund 342, Program 039, to <br />accumulate design costs for the project. <br />
