Other work Planning Communities has underway includes Zero-Emission Fleet Transition Plans for Grant County, WA and <br />for Greensboro, NC, as well as a Micromobility Research Study for North Carolina Department of Transportation and active <br />on-call transit technical assistance assignments to Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization and partner transit <br />agencies, including a Raleigh-Cary UA Section 5310 Call for Projects, an update to the 5310 Program Management Plan, <br />and updates and development of Financial and Subrecipient Management Manuals for GoRaleigh transit agency. <br />As indicated by the capacity chart, which reflects these projects, we have excess capacity within which to accomplish the <br />City of Everett Fleet Electrification Transition Plan. Additionally, consistent staff will be assigned to similar work to ensure <br />enhanced quality of service and project delivery across projects. <br />2.F. Does your firm intend to subcontract any portion of this contract? If so, please provide <br />the following: name of the firm(s), the percentage of work to be performed by each <br />subcontractor, and a description of the nature of work performed by each. <br />We have partnered with Microgrid Labs (MGL) as a strategic fleet transition technology subcontracting partner and <br />included the International Transportation Learning Center as subcontractor who brings industry leadership in ZEB <br />workforce analysis, training, and development.
