• Pacific Time zone: San Jose, CA; Beaverton, OR
• Mountain Time zone: Lehi, UT
• Central Time zone: New Braunfels, TX
• Eastern Time zone: Raleigh, NC; Atlanta; GA
3.F. How will your project manager communicate with City of Everett’s project manager in
all phases of the contract? Include how often are status reports provided.
As noted in the prior Question 3.A., frequent, regular check-in meetings will be central to project communication. These
check-ins may be held bi-weekly or weekly, especially early in the process as data collection, analysis and multiple
assessments are carried out in development of the Draft Report. Email communications or additional phone calls when
appropriate will supplement the scheduled check-ins to address specific items such as data requests or clarifying
questions.
Status reports will be provided at least monthly and can be provided bi-weekly or weekly in association with the more
frequent client coordination meetings; this more frequent status reporting is often warranted for projects with priority
schedules similar to this Fleet Electrification Transition Plan.
Client expectations and preferences for communications and status reporting will be clarified in the kick-off with the City
staff team so that the appropriate balance of communications relative to staff daily operating responsibilities is achieved.
35
35
