This is a hard date due to grant funding. <br />• June 12, 2023 – last day to provide an invoice <br /> <br />2.5 MEETINGS <br />The Supplier must attend scoping meeting(s) with City staff to gather requirements and confirm <br />understanding of the project timeline, approach, and deliverables. <br />2.6 SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The successful Supplier will be responsible for the following tasks: <br />1. Document all meetings. <br />2. Provide deliverables. <br />2.7 CITY OF EVERETT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City of Everett will be responsible for the following: <br />• Providing Project Manager contact information as direct point of contact. Assist in obtaining fleet <br />information. <br />• Provide access and drawings, if applicable. <br />• Coordinate review of supplier deliverables. <br />2.8 WORKS MADE FOR HIRE <br />All Deliverables, in whole and in part, shall be deemed works made for hire of City of Everett for all <br />purposes of copyright law, and copyright shall belong solely to the City of Everett. To the extent that any <br />such Deliverable does not qualify as a work for hire under applicable law, and to the extent that the <br />Deliverable includes materials subject to copyright, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right <br />protection, Awarded Supplier agrees to assign, and hereby assigns, all right, title and interest in and to <br />Deliverables, including without limitation all copyrights, inventions, patents, trade secrets, and other <br />proprietary rights therein (including renewals thereof) to the City of Everett. <br />2.9 CHANGES IN SCOPE OF WORK <br />The City of Everett reserves the right to add or delete similar services to this contract as necessary. In the <br />event of a change, the city will provide the contractor with a thirty (30) day written notice of such change. <br />In addition, the City of Everett reserves the right to make changes, additions to, or deductions from these <br />specifications provided that they conform to the general scope of the contract. The Supplier must not <br />affect any change without the prior written approval of the city. <br />2.10 PAYMENT <br />Within thirty (30) days after delivery, acceptance of items ordered and a properly prepared invoice but <br />not more often than once per month the City of Everett will pay the Supplier according to the rate(s) <br />stated on the price sheet.
