r (b) Upon every person, association, copartnership or corporation within the City of Lverett engaged in the business or occupation of carrying on or conducting a "Dance Restaurant" fees per annum as follows: If the floor space to be actually used for dancing does not exceed 350 square feet :r25.00 per year . If the floor space to be used is more than 350 square feet 35.00 per year. Section 3: hat Section 9 of Ordinance No. 2613, entitled as above set forth, be, and the same is hereby amended. to read as follows: Section 9: No person under the age of twenty-one (21) years shall be permitted to patronize any "Dance Cafe" permitting dancing or other entertainment without an escort of his or her parent or guardian. Any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years who shall, by misrepresentation of age, obtain admission to , or permission to remain in any such "Dance Cafe" permitting danc ing or other entertainment shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (a) :No person under Eighteen (18) years of age shall be allowed as an entertainer. Section 4 : ''hat Section 11 of Ordinance No. 2613, entitled as above set forth, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 11: No beer, wine or intoxicating beverages shall be sold to or permitted to be in the possession of any person in a "Dance Restaurant ."
