These properties are adjacent to a Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District (MWWD) sewer main located on 100th ST SW. MWWD has agreed to provide sewer collection service to these properties. These properties, when connected, will pay MWWD for sewer service and will be considered a direct sewer customer of MWWD. These properties will be served by Everett for water and stormwater. Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign the sewer service agreement with Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District.
