To assess bidder responsibility, the <br /> 17 Contracting Agency reserves the right to request documentation as needed from the <br /> 18 Bidder and third parties concerning the Bidder's compliance with the mandatory bidder <br /> 19 responsibility criteria. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 If the Contracting Agency determines the Bidder does not meet the mandatory bidder <br /> 22 responsibility criteria in RCW 39.04.350(1) and is therefore not a responsible Bidder, the <br /> 23 Contracting Agency shall notify the Bidder in writing, with the reasons for its determination. <br /> 24 If the Bidder disagrees with this determination, it may appeal the determination within two <br /> 25 (2) business days of the Contracting Agency's determination by presenting its appeal and <br /> 26 any additional information to the Contracting Agency.
