GLINT CAR WASH - EVERETT
STORMWATER REPORT
4110
Other Hard Surfaces (paving)
1. Full Dispersion in accordance with BMP T5.30 - Insufficient area for full dispersion
2. Permeable pavement in accordance with BMP T5.15- The existing fill and native Till soils
are not suitable for stormwater infiltration. Bioretention in accordance with BMP T7.30- The bioretention facility must have a minimum
horizontal projected surface area below the overflow which is at least 5% of the area draining to
it.—The existing fill and native Till soils are not suitable for stormwater infiltration. The
presence of loose fills will require cement treatment of the site subgrades which will then
render the existing subgrade too dense and shallow to allow infiltration.
4. Either: (The applicant shall evaluate both a and b for feasibility)
a. Sheet Flow Dispersion in accordance with BMP T5.12, OR b. Concentrated Flow
Dispersion in accordance with BMP T5.11 - Insufficient available vegetative flow path.
No Stormwater Management measures are proposed for the project Other Hard Surfaces.
Terraforma Design Group, Inc.
Page 15
