April 26, 2023 <br />3 <br /> <br />• Jim Stephanson, Glacier Properties, LLC <br />• Chuck Watts, Watts Investments, LLC. & 3829 Building, LLC <br />• Shaun Bridge, City of Everett <br />• Jamielee Graves, City of Everett <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Fosse who was <br />excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Administration Executive Deb Williams stated Council received thirteen (13) written comments, <br />and the following in-person members spoke: <br /> <br />• Lindsey Arrington - Virtual <br />• Liz Stenning <br />• Paula Townsell <br />• Mary Rollins <br />• Jim Langus <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Comments and liaison reports were provided by council members. <br /> <br />President Stonecipher noted that Consent Item #1 was pulled from the agenda and would be <br />brought back at a future council meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> <br />Governmental Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson had no updates but invited Planning Director <br />Yorik Steven-Wajda to update Council on an incentive ordinance that is on the council agenda <br />proposed action for second reading next week. <br /> <br />Planning Director Yorik Steven-Wajda provided a highlight for proposed amendment on Item #12 <br />Council Bill 2304-27 regarding limited property tax exemptions for new multi-unit housing. <br />
