Public Restroom Company <br />Public Restroom Company uses concrete block construction (CMU) as their standard exterior wall <br />option, which is fully customizable and includes a twenty-year warranty. The process allows flexibility in <br />construction to add optional exterior finishes to customize the building's appearance. PRC provides a <br />two -stall option with additional storage that meets the City's needs for the EMB location. Storage is an <br />important feature at the EMB location for the storage of materials for supporting organized community <br />and public events. This restroom will be placed in the Northeast corner of the adjacent parking lot.
