ARTICLE 5 - SAFETY COMPLIANCE <br />All employees covered by this collective bargaining agreement are expected to comply with <br />W.I.S.H.A. (Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act) regulations and City policies and rules <br />related thereto. Employees knowingly violating such policies, rules and regulations shall be <br />subject to discipline, including suspension and discharge. No supervisor shall require any <br />employee to go or be in any employment or place of employment which is not safe according to <br />W.I.S.H.A. standards. <br />5 <br />
