1 <br /> 1 HMA approaches shall be constructed at the locations shown in the Plans or where <br /> 2 staked by the Engineer. The Work shall be performed in accordance with Section 5-04. I <br /> 3 <br /> 4 5-04.4 Measurement I <br /> 5 "Planing Bituminous Pavement (2" Deep)", shall be measured by the square yard. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 "HMA Class '/2", PG 64-22", shall be measured by the ton. I <br /> 8 <br /> 9 5-04.5 Payment <br /> 10 Payment will be made in accordance with Section 1-04.1, for each of the following bid I <br /> 11 items that are included in the proposal: <br /> 12 <br /> 13 "HMA Class '/2" PG 64-22", per ton. I <br /> 14 <br /> 15 The unit contract price per ton for "HMA Class '/2" PG 64-22", shall be full compensation <br /> 16 for all costs incurred to carry out the requirements of Section 5-04 except for those costs 1 <br /> 17 included in other items which are included in the sub-section and which are included in <br /> 18 the proposal. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 HMA for Pre-leveling, if required by the Engineer, will be paid for under bid item, "HMA I <br /> 21 Class '/2" PG 64-22", per ton. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 All costs for "Asphalt Tack Coat", "Anti Stripping Additive", "Joint Sealant", and I <br /> 24 "Compaction Adjustment" shall be included in the unit contract price per ton for "HMA <br /> 25 Class '/2" PG 64-22", per ton. <br /> 26 I <br /> 27 "Planing Bituminous Pavement (2" Deep)", per square yard. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 The Unit contract price for"Planing Bituminus Pavement (2" Deep), per square yard shall I <br /> 30 be full payment for all costs incurred to perform the work described in Section 5-04.3(14). <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 33 5-04.5.OPT2.GR5 <br /> 34 (January 13, 2021) <br /> 35 Asphalt Cost Price Adjustment I <br /> 36 The Contracting Agency will make an Asphalt Cost Price Adjustment, either a credit or a <br /> 37 payment, for qualifying changes in the reference cost of asphalt binder. The adjustment <br /> 38 will be applied to partial payments made according to Section 1-09.9 for the following bid I <br /> 39 items when they are included in the proposal: <br /> 40 <br /> 41 "HMA Cl. PG " <br /> 42 "HMA for Approach Cl. PG I <br /> 43 "HMA for Preleveling Cl. PG " <br /> 44 "HMA for Pavement Repair Cl.
