I WSDOT's List of State Occupations not applicable to Heavy and Highway Construction Projects This project is to the state hourlyminimum rates for wages and fringe benefits in subject 9 9 the contract provisions, as provided by the state Department of Labor and Industries. The following list of occupations, is comprised of those occupations that are not normally used in the construction of heavy and highway projects.
