A Contractor Certification of Wage Law Compliance form is included in the <br /> 41 Proposal Forms. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 The Bidder shall make no stipulation on the Bid Form, nor qualify the bid in any manner. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 A bid by a corporation shall be executed in the corporate name, by the president or a <br /> 46 vice president (or other corporate officer accompanied by evidence of authority to sign). <br /> 47 <br /> 48 A bid by a partnership shall be executed in the partnership name, and signed by a <br /> ' 49 50 partner.
