The Contracting Agency will not open or <br /> 40 consider any Proposal when the DBE Utilization Certification is received after the time <br /> 41 specified for receipt of Proposals or received in a location other than that specified for <br /> 42 receipt of Proposals. The DBE Utilization Certification may be submitted in the same <br /> 43 envelope as the Bid deposit. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 DBE Written Confirmation and/or GFE Documentation <br /> 46 The DBE Written Confirmation Documents and/or GFE Documents are not required to <br /> 47 be submitted with the Proposal. The DBE Written Confirmation Document(s) and/or GFE <br /> 48 (if any) shall be received either with the Bid Proposal or as a Supplement to the Bid. The <br /> 49 documents shall be received no later than 48 hours (not including Saturdays, Sundays <br /> 50 and Holidays) after the time for delivery of the Proposal.
