Transportation of hazardous materials away from any site related to this project. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 All entities listed under 1-07.18(2) of these Special Provisions shall be named by <br /> 9 endorsement as additional insureds on the Contractors Pollution Liability insurance policy. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Such Pollution Liability policy shall provide the following minimum limits: <br /> 12 *** $2,000,000 *** each loss and annual aggregate <br /> 13 <br /> 15 1 07 18(5)K Professional Liability <br /> 16 (January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) <br /> 17 <br /> 18 The Contractor and/or its Subcontractor(s) and/or its design consultant providing <br /> 19 construction management, value engineering, or any other design-related non-construction <br /> 20 professional services shall provide evidence of Professional Liability insurance covering <br /> ' 21 professional errors and omissions. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Such policy shall provide the following minimum limits: <br /> 24 $1,000,000 per claim and annual aggregate <br /> 25 <br /> 26 If the scope of such design-related professional services includes work related to pollution <br /> 27 conditions, the Professional Liability insurance shall include coverage for Environmental <br /> 28 Professional Liability. <br /> 29 <br /> ' 30 If insurance is on a claims made form, its retroactive date, and that of all subsequent <br /> 31 renewals, shall be no later than the effective date of this Contract. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 1-07.23.GR1 <br /> 34 Public Convenience and Safety <br /> 35 <br /> 36 1-07.23(1).GR1 <br /> 37 Construction Under Traffic <br /> 38 <br /> 39 1-07.23(1),INSTI.GR1 <br /> 40 Section 1-07.23(1) is supplemented with the following: <br /> 41 <br /> 42 COE 1-07.23(1).OPT5.FR1.docx <br /> 43 (October 3, 2022) <br /> 44 Lane, ramp, shoulder, and roadway closures are subject to the following restrictions: <br /> 45 <br /> 46 *** <br /> 47 1-5 northbound shoulder and exit ramps <br /> 48 No detour for any type of work, will be permitted between 5:00 am. and 10:00 <br /> ' 49 50 pm.A detour shall be in place for all work between 10:00pm and 5:00am.
