Any adjustment to the JMF will require the approval of the Project <br /> 31 Engineer and may be made in accordance with Section 9-03.8(7). <br /> 32 <br /> 33 5-04.3(9) HMA Mixture Acceptance <br /> I <br /> 34 Acceptance of HMA shall be as provided under nonstatistical, or commercial evaluation. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Nonstatistical evaluation will be used for the acceptance of HMA unless Commercial <br /> 37 Evaluation is specified. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Commercial evaluation will be used for Commercial HMA and for other classes of HMA <br /> I 40 in the following applications: sidewalks, road approaches, ditches, slopes, paths, trails, <br /> 41 gores, prelevel, temporary pavement, and pavement repair. Other nonstructural <br /> 42 applications of HMA accepted by commercial evaluation shall be as approved by the <br /> ' 43 Engineer.
