The nonstatistical tolerance limits will be used in the calculation of the 16 CPF and the maximum CPF shall be 1.00. When less than three sublots exist, backup 17 samples of the existing sublots or samples from the Roadway shall be tested to provide 18 a minimum of three sets of results for evaluation. 19 20 5-O4.3(9)C5 Vacant 1 21 22 5-O4.3(9)C6 Mixture Nonstatistical Evaluation — Price Adjustments 23 For each lot of HMA mix produced under Nonstatistical Evaluation when the calculated I 24 CPF is less than 1.00, a Nonconforming Mix Factor (NCMF) will be determined. The 25 NCMF equals the algebraic difference of CPF minus 1.00 multiplied by 60 percent.
