Section 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK <br /> 1.10 CODES AND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS <br /> A. All construction shall be in accordance with the International Building Code, <br /> current adopted edition. <br /> B. All construction shall be in accordance with the National Electrical Code, latest <br /> edition. I <br /> C. All construction shall be in accordance with the Uniform Mechanical Code and <br /> the Uniform Plumbing Code, latest editions. I <br /> D. All construction shall be in conformance with the WSDOT/APWA Standard <br /> Specifications and Standard Plans, latest editions. <br /> E. All construction shall be in conformance with the City of Everett Design and <br /> Construction Standards and Specifications, latest edition. <br /> F. All work shall comply with applicable requirements of Snohomish County. <br /> G. Any material specified by reference to the number, symbol, or title of a specified <br /> standards, such as a trade association standard or other similar standard, shall <br /> comply with the requirements of the latest revision thereof, and any amendment <br /> or supplement thereto in effect on the date of Invitation for Bids, except as limited <br /> to type, class or grade, or modified in such references. All work shall conform to <br /> the standard referred to, except as modified in these Specifications and the <br /> Drawings. <br /> 1.11 CHECKING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> A. Prior Submission of Bids: The Contractor shall report any discrepancies or <br /> omissions in the plans and/or specifications to the Owner for a decision prior to <br /> the Submission of Bids. <br /> B.
