I <br /> ' SECTION 0011 13 <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) TFI <br /> Bar Screen Upgrades project will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 1ST Floor Everett <br /> Municipal Building, 2930 Wetmore, Everett, WA, 98201, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7th, <br /> 2023. At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and read aloud publicly via live streaming, <br /> or bidders may attend the bid opening in person at 2930 Wetmore Ave, Suite 9E, Everett, WA <br /> 98201. The link to view the live streaming bid opening can be found at: <br /> https://everettwa.gov/319/Procurement. <br /> The engineer's estimate for this Project is $1,516,000.00 not including sales tax. <br /> The City of Everett owns the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) at 4027 4th Street SE, <br /> Everett, WA 98201 and is seeking a Contractor to construct and/or install the following, but not <br /> limited to: <br /> 1. Relocation of existing electrical and fiber optic conduits and a 10-inch tank drain <br /> I pipeline. <br /> 2. Trenching, excavation, shoring, dewatering, piping, fittings, couplings, flexible <br /> connectors, bedding, backfill, and compaction for installation of a new 36-inch bypass <br /> pipeline and precast concrete junction vault. <br /> 3. Temporary erosion and sediment control measures. <br /> 4. Bypass pumping during installation of the new 36-inch bypass pipeline, precast concrete <br /> junction vault, and associated slide gates. <br /> 5. Asphalt paving removal and replacement associated with excavation for the pipeline and <br /> precast vault. <br /> 6. Demolition of a section of the existing 48-inch aerated lagoon effluent (ALE) pipeline <br /> downstream of the Recirculation/Bypass Flow Control Structure to allow installation of <br /> the new precast concrete junction vault. <br /> 7. Connection of the new precast concrete junction vault to the existing 48-inch ALE <br /> pipeline upstream and downstream of the vault. <br /> 8. Coring a hole and installing a slide gate in existing Diversion Structure 2 for connection <br /> and isolation of the new 36-inch bypass pipeline. <br /> 9. Installing a slide gate in the eastern compartment of the Recirculation/Bypass Flow <br /> Control Structure for isolation of the 48-inch ALE pipeline from Diversion Structure 2. <br /> 10. Installing slide gates in the new precast concrete junction vault for isolation of the <br /> 48-inch ALE pipeline downstream of the eastern compartment of the <br /> Recirculation/Bypass Flow Control Structure and the downstream end of the new <br /> 36-inch bypass pipeline. <br /> 11. Demolishing an existing slide gate and flap gate in the existing Recirculation/Bypass <br /> Flow Control Structure. <br /> 12.
