May 3, 2023 <br />7 <br /> <br />Discussion ensured with Lacey Offutt, Julie Willie, David Hall, and Mayor Franklin answering <br />council questions. <br /> <br />The following people provided public comment on Council Bill 2304-29: <br /> <br />• Kate Walden <br />• Patricia Escolero <br />• Terri Amburgy <br />• Lawrence Amburgy <br />• Saffron Coelho <br />• Paula Townsell <br />• Joe Zlab <br />• Angela Di Filippo <br />• Bill <br />• Jim Langus <br />• Brennan Hart <br /> <br />Discussion ensured with Lacey Offutt, Julie Willie, David Hall, and Mayor Franklin answering <br />council questions. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Fosse to table Council Bill 2304-29, <br />until after the Washington State Legislature has concluded their special session. <br /> <br />Discussion continued with council comments. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting no, except Council Members Rhyne, Fosse, and <br />Vogeli who voted yes. <br /> <br /> Motion failed. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued with Lacey Offutt answering council questions. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne offered a suggestion to Administration, Council, or both to lobby <br />Snohomish County to pass a levy to work on building treatment centers within the county. <br /> <br /> <br />The Deputy City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final deposition of the ordinance, as <br />amended. <br />
