May 10, 2023 <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – PUBLIC WORKS TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with BN Builders for Pre- <br />Construction and Design Services for the Everett Municipal Building – Public Works Tenant <br />Improvement Project, in the amount of $237,982.96. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – PUBLIC WORKS TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PHASE 2 <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with <br />Parametrix, Inc. for Phase 2 Advisory Services for the Everett Municipal Building – Public Works <br />Tenant Improvements Project. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – EVERETT PERFORMING ART CENTER BUILDING ENVELOPE <br />IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with OAC Services, Inc., to <br />provide Architectural and Engineering Services for the Everett Performing Art Center Building <br />Envelope Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $92,778. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – ROOTS FORESTRY SERVICES EXTENSION <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with <br />Roots Forestry for additional services through 2025. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – PARKS BATHROOM RENOVATION PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with BCRA, Inc., to provide <br />Architectural and Engineering Services for the proposed Parks Restrooms Renovation Project. <br /> <br />AWARD – ECLIPSE MILL PARK INDUCTIVE CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT <br /> <br />To accept bid error withdrawal requests from Brinks Electric, LLC., and Apcon Tech, Inc., and <br />award the bid for the Eclipse Mill Park Inductive Charging Infrastructure Project to Valdez <br />Construction, in the amount of $840,102, plus Washington State sales tax. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />PROPOSED ACTION:
