May 10, 2023 3 AGREEMENT – PUBLIC WORKS TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with BN Builders for Pre- Construction and Design Services for the Everett Municipal Building – Public Works Tenant Improvement Project, in the amount of $237,982.96. AGREEMENT AMENDED – PUBLIC WORKS TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PHASE 2 To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Parametrix, Inc. for Phase 2 Advisory Services for the Everett Municipal Building – Public Works Tenant Improvements Project. AGREEMENT – EVERETT PERFORMING ART CENTER BUILDING ENVELOPE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with OAC Services, Inc., to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for the Everett Performing Art Center Building Envelope Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $92,778. AGREEMENT AMENDED – ROOTS FORESTRY SERVICES EXTENSION To authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Roots Forestry for additional services through 2025. AGREEMENT – PARKS BATHROOM RENOVATION PROJECT To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with BCRA, Inc., to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for the proposed Parks Restrooms Renovation Project. AWARD – ECLIPSE MILL PARK INDUCTIVE CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT To accept bid error withdrawal requests from Brinks Electric, LLC., and Apcon Tech, Inc., and award the bid for the Eclipse Mill Park Inductive Charging Infrastructure Project to Valdez Construction, in the amount of $840,102, plus Washington State sales tax.
