May 10, 2023 <br />2 <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Deputy City Attorney Ramsey Ramerman had no updates. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7889 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$4,005,212.76 for the period of April 22, 2023, through April 28, 2023. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - PAYROLL <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7890 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,037,404.11 for the period ending April 22, 2023. <br /> <br />AWARD – TWO-STALL, ADA COMPLIANT, RESTROOM BUILDING <br /> <br />To award and authorize the purchase of a two-stall, ADA complaint, restroom building with <br />Public Restroom Company from Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #081721-PRM/COE #2022- <br />090 for approximately $383,993.89, including Washington State sales tax. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – WATER QUALITY STOMRWATER CAPACITY GRANT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Water Quality Stormwater Capacity Grant Agreement <br />Amendment with the Washington State Department of Ecology for the biennium (2021-2023) <br />in an amount not to exceed $75,000. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – DIKING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ADVANCE MITIGATION SITE <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with GeoEngineers for <br />monitoring services at the Diking Improvement District Advance Mitigation Site in an amount <br />not to exceed $93,000. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – JETTY ISLAND DAYS <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Snohomish County <br />Hotel Motel Grant Fund for Jetty Island Days in the amount of $17,000.
